How do I start my classes?
Send a message to me via the form. Tell me exactly what you want to do with English. I will contact you and we will have a meeting online where I will assess your current level of English, and we will come up with a study plan. Then we get started.
Can anybody have one-to-one classes?
Not really. If you're an adult and have a B1 level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or above, then you are in a perfect position to improve your level. I don't take lower-level students as a general rule.
What does flexible time mean?
One-to-one classes are special because they are flexible. You can take classes on weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings and change the schedule as needed. This is better if you need more flexibility with your busy schedule.
These classes can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
How can I pay?
After our consultation, you will receive an invoice and a secure link to make your payment. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or manual bank transfer.
Online payments are secure via Stripe or PayPal.
Are the lessons suitable for advanced learners looking to refine their English?
Yes, of course. Even advanced learners have room for improvement. Some of my students include teachers of English who want to improve their own knowledge and apply it to their classes.
Do you provide homework or additional practice materials between lessons?
Yes. Lots of my students require homework to sharpen their skills. On the other hand, a lot of my students simply do not have time for homework. Everyone is different. You can choose to have homework or not.
Do you offer support for improving English for specific purposes, like medical or legal English?
Absolutely! The whole point of one-to-one lessons is to have your trainer's full attention and to improve your own specific needs.
Furthermore, all of our classes are held in the strictest confidence, so any sensitive topics will remain in the class. If necessary, we can also have a non-disclosure agreement.
I have students who are lawyers, engineers, and doctors who require English in their own field of expertise. Whatever your area of interest, we can build a course specifically for your needs.
Can I schedule lessons at times that fit my work or personal commitments?
Yes, you can. This is why one-to-one classes are much more convenient than regular group courses. During our consultation call, we will discuss your needs, and if we go ahead, we will schedule the classes at a convenient time for us both.
What materials or resources are used during the lessons? Are textbooks or software required?
Depending on the course, all materials will be created. or provided by me, unless we decide to use a course book. All you will need is a good internet connection.
Do you offer trial lessons or money-back guarantees if I’m not satisfied?
Usually, our first meeting/ consultation is free, and we can decide whether to proceed. If, after we have started classes, you are not satisfied after the first class, you will have seven days from our start date to request a refund. In this case, the remainder of our billed classes will be refunded in full—no questions asked.
Can I reschedule or cancel lessons, and what is the cancellation policy?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel lessons. As this is my job, I need to be able to fill my schedule carefully. Therefore, I need to know 24 hours in advance if you want to reschedule. If you do not cancel in time, you will lose the hours for that class.
If I need to cancel, I will let you know in advance too. Failure to do so on my part means I will teach your next lesson for free.
What qualifications and experience do you have in teaching adults?
